Hi! I’m Mandy,

Hey there! I’m Mandy, the NTM, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor behind Lunar Wellness & Nutrition.

After over 8 years in the fitness and wellness world, I’ve learned one thing for sure: true health isn’t about restrictive diets or punishing workouts. It’s about finding balance—between movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-love. My approach? Wellness that feels easy and sustainable, not something you have to force or dread. What works for one person might not be right for you—and that’s totally okay! I work with each person to figure out what feels good for them and help them reach their goals in a way that feels natural and aligned.

In 2022, I became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, earning the highest level of professional recognition in the field. This allows me to bring you the latest research and nutritional science to help you feel your best.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me hiking the Colorado mountains with my husky, rock climbing, jamming out at concerts, or just spending time with friends. Life’s all about enjoying the journey—and I can’t wait to help you find yours!

About Lunar Wellness & Nutrition

I created Lunar Wellness & Nutrition because I believe, just like the moon, we all move through different phases. Phases of discovering how our bodies like to move, finding which foods make us feel our best, and embracing periods of self-growth, self-discovery, and self-care. These phases guide us toward understanding how our bodies can thrive, nurturing our minds and hearts, and connecting with our most authentic selves.

The mission behind Lunar Wellness & Nutrition is to share my passion for holistic wellness and make whole-body health accessible to everyone, no matter where you are on your journey—even if your phase right now feels like you’re too busy for self-care.

So, be gentle with yourself, take small, consistent steps forward, and always remember—you’re doing this for you.

True wellness comes from finding balance in how we care for ourselves—nourishing our bodies with whole foods, staying active daily, calming our minds, soaking up time in nature, surrounding ourselves with uplifting people, and minimizing our exposure to toxins. It’s a holistic approach that helps us feel vibrant, alive, and in harmony with our best selves.
