I’m Mandy, Colorado-based Nutrition Therapist Master, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®; Restorative Wellness Practitioner, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor.
The mission behind Lunar Wellness and Nutrition is to share my passion for holistic nutrition and wellness. I hope to guide you along the path to see that whole body wellness is accessible to you in any phase of your wellness journey—even that phase when you feel like you’re just too busy to fit in self care.

With my six session package, Rooted in Wellness, we will work together to create a balanced and sustainable routine rooted in three elements of wellness- holistic nutrition, movement, and mindfulness- with your goals and lifestyle in mind. We will work together to create your unique wellness flow.
You don’t have to be stuck in a cycle of feeling like you don’t have time to take care of yourself. It is possible to fit eating well and exercising into your busy life!
Three Elements of Wellness
While no two wellness journeys look exactly alike, I approach helping you meet your health and wellness goals based on these three elements of wellness to help you create your own unique wellness flow.
Holistic Nutrition
Develop healthy eating habits, build a positive relationship with food, and nutritionally support whole body healing.
We'll work together to identify problematic foods that are contributing to your unpleasant symptoms, focus on a balanced diet, and create a plan to prepare simple meals that you actually have time for. I know that just the thought of developing a new routine around food can seem like too much time and energy to commit to, which is why I am there every step of the way to provide nutrition guidance, support, and encouragement.
Mindfulness
Find more presence in each moment, feel more grounded, and develop tools to better cope with daily stressors.
Simple steps to gain more presence in your daily life. If meditation’s for you, great! If not, there’s more to mindfulness than meditating! Don’t let the idea of trying to find the time or a quiet space to meditate for 20 minutes a day scare you off. I’ll help you find the mindfulness practices that suit you and can be incorporated seamlessly into your typical day.
Movement
Find forms of exercise you actually enjoy! Exercise should relieve stress, not add to it.
We’ll work together to create a plan that fits into your schedule and is founded on activities that resonate with you. I am here to provide all of the stoke and support whether you are at the very beginning stages of an exercise program, overcoming a fitness plateau, or working towards your rock climbing and outdoor adventure goals!
Are you tired of feeling like your digestive issues are ruling your life?
I know firsthand that GI issues can be frustrating and difficult to navigate. That’s why I want to work with you to support your body in overcoming the stubborn daily digestive issues that are impacting how you feel and how you live your life.
Let’s take a holistic approach to daily frustrations of gas, bloating, skin issues, inflammation, and struggles of what foods you can eat without intensifying these symptoms.
When we work together we will use testing tools, rather than guessing. We could do the typical elimination diet and see what we discover, BUT I would rather dive deeper and find out what foods are actually contributing to inflammation and gut irritation, and what is going on in the gut.
We will temporarily remove reactive foods from your diet, while implementing GI healing protocols. This allows the digestive system time to heal without continually being irritated. We will also use functional testing to look at potential bacterial imbalances and pathogens, signs of digestive dysfunction, and gut immunity.
