Pumpkin Smoothie
I love creating recipes with pumpkin in the Fall!
Give this smoothie a try!
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 can full-fat coconut milk
3/4-1/2 cup almond milk (depending on desired consistency)
1 scoop of vanilla collagen protein (I like Bulletproof)
1-2 dates or 1/2 a frozen banana, to add some sweetness
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Chaga mushroom (I like Moon Juice)
Blend together and top with cinnamon! This will make enough for about 2 servings.
